Welcome to

a place to learn more about mindfulness and stress management
in daily life through both formalised and informal activities

What you can find on this website

  • I offer a variety of courses, including the evidence based 8-week Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses for the general public or for organisations and 1:1 mindfulness-based coaching. As a part of my Kids’ Wellbeing offer, I host 1:1 and group online sessions for children and their parents. You can also contact me, if you would like us to create a tailored session for you.

  • I co-host Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats in Algarve, Portugal. In addition, I run half day online retreats as part of the Mindfulness-based stress reduction course, which are also open to people who are not currently enrolled in a course.

  • You can find short meditation practices in my meditations section. Short practices are a great way to ground yourself into the present moment. If you are new to mindfulness, why not listen to one of the practices to see what it’s all about? Check out my blog on tips and advice I share on integrating mindfulness into your daily life.

  • What I have found the most helpful is learning how to take a conscious step back/pause, observe what is happening and the impact it has on me. I would definitely recommend the MBSR course!

  • I found the course very helpful to me personally, but it was also very interesting to learn of the importance of teachers practicing mindfulness themselves, in order to successfully support children learning the practice in class.

  • I’ve found understanding in how mindfulness can be used and the different practices that could help. The fact that I can tailor the programme and use it daily helps to build a routine and structure to manage my stress.

  • I can’t believe how fast the course went by. I was afraid at first of this two months commitment, but now when it’s over, I’m actually sad and in disbelief it’s been two months…It was such a safe space once a week, a group where we could share honestly, authentically and be our vulnerable selves. We learnt so much and practicing together was such an enriching experience for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to become a more mindful version of myself.
