I offer a variety of courses, including the evidence based 8-week Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses for the general public or for organisations and 1:1 mindfulness-based coaching. As a part of my Kids’ Wellbeing offer, I host 1:1 and group online sessions for children and their parents. You can also contact me, if you would like us to create a tailored session for you.

I co-host Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats in Algarve, Portugal. In addition, I run half day online retreats as part of the Mindfulness-based stress reduction course, which are also open to people who are not currently enrolled in a course.

You can find short meditation practices in my meditations section. Short practices are a great way to ground yourself into the present moment.
